Nick
Nick began his journey in construction from the ground up, building a career on hard work, dedication and a commitment to excellence. Nick earned his Red Seal in Carpentry and furthered his knowledge by completing the Building Construction Technology program at Red River College.
Over more than a decade, Nick worked with some of the largest construction companies in the industry, gaining invaluable experience in operational processes and deep understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence on every project. This experience shaped his philosophy of combining the efficiency and professionalism of large-scale operations with the personalized care and attention of a tightly-knit team.
Driven by a desire to create something meaningful, Nick partnered with Jason to establish Bower Constructors. Together they aim to bring their shared vision of quality and integrity into every project they undertake, providing lasting relationships with clients and partners alike

Jason
With a background in both sports and construction, Jason brings a unique skill set to our team. Before transitioning to the construction industry, he enjoyed a remarkable career in professional hockey. His time on the ice instilled in him invaluable qualities—teamwork, comradery, and a relentless drive to succeed—which he now applies to every project we undertake.
Specializing in interior renovations, Jason excels in executing beautifully designed and functional spaces, from tenant fit-ups, office remodels to whole home renovations.
His hands-on experience and passion for craftsmanship ensure every project reflects the highest standards of quality and care.
Together, we bring a blend of expertise and dedication to each project, working closely with our clients to deliver results that exceed expectations.
